June 16 - September 16: getting to know the other participants
– During this time, we ask you to read through the material provided by the facilitators for the workshops you are attending.
– We also encourage you to visit the website and read (link avaliable soon) the profiles of other participants and make contact.
July 15: Closing of registration
As in 2014, registering for the conference involves providing information to share with others ahead of time on your research framework.
In this document is the information you will need to submit at the registration form. You can use this document to prepare the information and then submit it at the website.
September 17-18: Pre-symposium writing retreat
– This is a relatively unstructured activity open to all participants. It is a chance to write, to dialogue, to read.
– We will offer 2-3 mini-workshops (45 minutes) over the two days that many have found provide new insights into their writing practices.
September 18: Welcome and reception (late afternoon)
– This is an opportunity to get to know those who are attending face-to-face.
September 19: Day 1
