September 17-18: Pre-symposium writing retreat
– This is a relatively unstructured activity open to all participants. It is a chance to write, to dialogue, to read.
– We will offer 2-3 mini-workshops (45 minutes) over the two days that many have found provide new insights into their writing practices.
September 18: Welcome and reception (late afternoon)
– This is an opportunity to get to know those who are attending face-to-face.
