Presentations
Paper presentation (oral communication)
Proposals that have been accepted for presentation will be distributed in groups of 4-5 presenters. Each presenter will have approximately 15 minutes for the presentation. Each session will also have 15 minutes for debate.
Rooms are equipped with a computer and multimedia projector. If additional equipment is needed, it must be previously requested to the Organizing Committee (subject to availability).
Poster presentation
Posters will be displayed during the conference in the Faculty halls. During the poster presentation, authors must accompany their poster for presentation and comments.
Accepted posters must be printed by the authors in size A1 (vertical) and delivered at the Conference on arrival (at the registration desk).
All posters must be in English.
Symposia
Symposia must be a group of 4-5 people, including one chairperson. It should have at least 3 different nationalities (chairperson is nationality 1 plus two other nationalities). The group must submit a document with the symposia title + 4-5 abstracts (one per participant).
Proposal submission
We invite researchers, scholars and professionals to present and discuss their work. Participants may submit abstracts for oral presentations and/or poster sessions, symposia.

Abstract submission
All abstracts must be submitted in English. If you wish to submit a second version of the abstract to be included in the abstract book, you can do it in Portuguese, Spanish or French. Note that the English version is mandatory, only the second version (in Portuguese/Spanish/French) is optional.
Abstracts can have up to 300 words and 3 to 5 keywords.
Proposals must be submitted in a special form.
The same author may present a maximum of 3 proposals. For proposals with multiple authors, at least one author must be registered for the Conference to present the paper/poster.
All presenting authors must have registration completed and payed.
