Conference Language: The conference language will be English.

Visa Requirements for Portugal. All visitors are required to have a valid ID or passport, and for some countries, a visa is required. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. In any case and for any further information, please contact the Portuguese Embassy in your country.

Mobile Phones, Photography and Filming: In consideration for all conference participants, mobile phones are to be turned off in all session rooms.  Out of respect for speakers' copyright, it is forbidden to take pictures and/or to film during any session without previous permission.

Internet Access: Wireless LAN will be available for registered participants free of charge at the Venue. A password will be transmitted to the participants. 

Name Badge: Kindly wear your name badge during all the conference days.
